Summary
This machine can be used to produce every kinds of straight spring, tower spring, pullback spring, double twist spring, tension spring, rectangle spring, clockwork spring, fancy spring, deformed spring, and various kinds of wire forming etc.
Configuration and performance
- Use Taiwan imported computer control system and import servo motors;
- English interface, simple operate, accurate positioning, computer can control 3 to 8 servo motor, all motor can run synchronous or alone;
- Set with a precision testing tracking system, will stop automatically if there is any unqualified products;
- According to the working condition on the screen, can modify products’ outer diameter or angle etc at any time;
- Mechanical design of automatic lubricating oil supply, ensure the equipment running for a long time;
- Has the design with automatic stop when wireless, disconnection, tangled lines, also has the function of line automatic acceleration, make the production easier and effective.
