Summary

The casing conduit planetary stranding machine is used for push pull cable outer casing making. It is consisted from inner liner de-coiler, planetary stranding machine, pre-former, wire pressing device, drawing device, 36 head lay length adjustment gear box, re-coiler and control box.

Features

• The inner liner is rotary type, can rotate forward and reversely. The rotating speed is adjustable by knob, and the tension can be adjusted manually.
• The stranding machine mainframe equipped with four cabinets, each cabinet contain six bobbins, total 6×4=24 bobbins, the bobbin diameter is 250mm. The cage rotates with gear transmission system with sun wheel and planet wheels. With lock system and hidden transmission system and mechanical brake system, the machine can work safely and smoothly.
• The pre-former will form steel wire into suitable curved wire in spiral line, and finally formed by press device
• The drawing device with casting steel wheel in groove wheel and flat wheel separately. Synchronized work speed with same shaft driven. And the pneumatic brake system will fix the conduit inside groove without loosen when machine stop work.
• The lay length adjustment gear box is used to set the different lay length according to requirements to ensure high quality of finished product
• The control system including inverter, main motor, gear box, re-coiling motor, recoiling tension inverter, brake controller and counter, etc.
• The re-coiler is controlled by inverter to ensure stable tension. The re-coiling bobbin is 1000mm in diameter, can be customized also.
